1. About Nexus Digitall and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the nexus-digitall.store website and its related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by GELDER PESSOA DA SILVA (CNPJ: 46.272.052/0001-18), headquartered in Neves Paulista, Brazil, and its affiliated entity GJ Digital, located in the United States (“GJ Digital LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a product (digital or physical), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Nexus Digital operates an online platform specializing in the sale of digital software licenses and activation keys, as well as selected physical products such as hardware, peripherals, and related accessories (collectively, “Products”). Unless otherwise stated, Nexus Digital acts as the seller of record for all transactions.

Our digital licenses are sourced from authorized distributors and comply with international software resale and licensing regulations. Physical products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and distributors and are subject to availability, logistics, and applicable import/export rules.

4. Your Account and Security

You may browse our store without an account, but certain features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate and updated information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@licensecenter.store if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

By placing an order, you authorize Nexus Digital (or its payment processor, such as PayPal or Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping costs, and fees.

• Pricing: Prices are displayed in your selected currency. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.
• Payments: All transactions are processed securely through PayPal, Stripe, or other approved payment gateways.
• Shipping costs: For physical products, any applicable shipping and handling fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Fraud prevention: Orders may be held for manual verification if flagged by our security system.

6. Delivery, Shipping and Product Activation

For digital products (such as software licenses and activation keys), delivery is made electronically via email after successful payment confirmation. Each license key can be activated following the provided installation instructions. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your operating system and device before completing your purchase.

For physical products, we ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times and available shipping methods will be shown during the checkout process. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your address (or to a designated pickup point, where applicable). You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in your country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Refunds and Replacements

10. Customer Reviews and Feedback

You may submit reviews or comments (“User Content”) voluntarily. By doing so, you grant Nexus Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for promotional or operational purposes. We reserve the right to remove unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of such services is at your own discretion.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS DIGITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Platform or Products, whether digital or physical.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Digital, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, profit loss, or loss related to delays in shipping. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Digital and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform, improper use of digital or physical products, or violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our Platform at any time. Nexus Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

16. Force Majeure

Nexus Digital is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, or government restrictions.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. In case of disputes, the competent courts of São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
