Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed immediately after purchase. Depending on the type of product, you will receive your order as follows:
- Digital products (software licenses): delivered by email within minutes after payment confirmation, and no later than 0–1 business day.
- Physical products (hardware/accessories): shipped with tracking within 1 business day and normally delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping cost: all orders include Free Shipping, with no hidden handling or service fees.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier performance, holidays or peak seasonal demand, but we always do our best to meet or exceed the timeframes above.
Returns & Refunds — Digital Products (Licenses)
For software licenses and other digital items, we accept return and refund requests within 14 days of purchase, both for defective products and non-defective products, as long as the license has not been used or activated.
1. Returns for change of mind or accidental purchase (non-defective product)
If you purchased the wrong edition/platform, completed the purchase by mistake, or simply changed your mind, you may request a refund within 14 days, provided the license has not been activated or used. No additional justification is required.
2. Returns for defective product or activation error
If the product is non-functional or presents an activation error, we will approve a refund or replacement as long as:
- The key cannot be activated properly on a compatible device.
- The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
In these cases, our team may request additional information (e.g. screenshot or error message) to verify the issue and provide the best possible solution.
Returns & Refunds — Physical Products (Hardware & Accessories)
For physical products shipped to your address (such as hardware or accessories), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, both for defective and non-defective items.
1. Non-defective product (change of mind / unwanted item)
You may return the product if you no longer want it, as long as:
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals and packaging.
- You cover the return shipping label to our warehouse.
2. Defective product or damaged in transit
If the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement or full refund. In this case:
- We may request photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Depending on the case, we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Replacements
We also offer replacements within 14 days in the following situations:
- Incorrect product purchased by mistake (wrong edition or platform).
- The product is non-functional and the issue is confirmed.
- The product has not been used/activated and will not be used.
- The product has not been shared or transferred to third parties.
Note: Your statements are considered formal and carry full legal validity.
For approved cases, refunds or replacements are processed within 24 hours after receiving the request and/or returned item. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method (PayPal / Stripe). Bank processing times may vary.
When a Request Will Not Be Approved
- If the digital license has already been activated or used and therefore cannot be reused or resold.
- If a physical product is returned used, damaged due to misuse, or incomplete (missing essential accessories).
- If the customer refuses reasonable assistance or required technical troubleshooting.
- If the request is made after 14 days from purchase or delivery (as applicable).
Important
- Please ensure the product is compatible with your device and system requirements before activation.
- Any product approved for return or replacement may be deactivated and will no longer function.
- Once activated, a license key cannot be reused on another device.
